Each card has its own meaning written on the front underneath the artwork. The best way to understand the card’s message for you is to notice the colours and details of the artwork and how you feel after looking at it. Close your eyes and imagine and recognise what you are currently thinking.

There is a QR barcode on the back of each card which you can scan using a smartphone or tablet device. Each code links to a webpage with text and audio of a more detailed meaning of the card as well as a guided meditation for you to complete.
